The Venu 3 is a round smartwatch with a 1.4-inch AMOLED touchscreen and up to 14 days of battery in smartwatch mode. Garmin built it around everyday health: Body Battery energy levels, a sleep score with coaching and nap detection, HRV status, skin temperature, and an ECG app for checking for signs of AFib. It has a speaker and microphone for taking calls through your phone, Garmin Pay, music storage for Spotify and similar services, and a wheelchair mode that tracks pushes.
It suits someone moving from a basic tracker who wants a bright screen and calls on the wrist. Someone who mainly wants a training watch for racing may want to look at Garmin's running-focused models instead.
Worth knowing Garmin now lists the Venu 3 under previous models, so a newer Venu exists. This is the 45mm size; the smaller 41mm version is called the Venu 3S.
