Why we picked it

One of our picks for Thursday, November 5, 2026. We haven't tested it. How we pick

The Ultra 3 has a 49 mm titanium case and a wide-angle OLED screen Apple rates at up to 3000 nits. Apple lists up to 42 hours of battery, or up to 72 hours in Low Power Mode, dual-frequency GPS, water resistance to 100 m, recreational dives to 40 m, and Emergency SOS by satellite.

It suits hikers, swimmers and anyone tired of charging nightly. Against the Series 11, Apple's comparison shows the Ultra 3 with roughly 42 hours of battery against 24, a brighter screen, and 100 m water resistance against 50 m. If you mainly want notifications and fitness rings, the Series 11 is smaller and lighter on the wrist.

Worth knowing Apple has since released the Ultra 4, so this is the previous model. It needs an iPhone, and the cellular side needs a plan from your carrier. This listing comes with the titanium Milanese Loop band; check its size against your wrist.
