A cordless 6-1/2-inch circular saw that runs on DEWALT's 20V system, for framing cuts, plywood sheets and backyard woodworking.
$90.00Shop on AmazonPrice as ofThe DCS391 is DEWALT's core cordless circular saw. It turns a 6-1/2-inch carbide blade at 5,150 RPM, bevels up to 50 degrees, and cuts through two-by-four dimensional lumber in a single pass at both 90 and 45 degrees. The base is cast from magnesium to stay rigid while keeping tool weight around seven pounds. The blade sits on the left side of the motor, which gives right-handed users a clear sightline along the cut mark.
It suits DIYers and homeowners who already have DEWALT 20V batteries and need a saw for building fences, decks or shelving without dragging an extension cord. Heavy jobsite users cutting wet lumber all day will want the brushless XR models instead.
Worth knowing This is the bare tool (model DCS391B): a battery and charger are not included. It uses a brushed motor rather than brushless, and uses 6-1/2-inch blades rather than the larger 7-1/4-inch size.

Dyson V8 Cordless Vacuum
A lightweight cordless stick vacuum with two power modes, for quick cleanups on hard floors and everyday carpet.
$269.99Shop on AmazonPrice as ofThe V8 is Dyson's entry stick vacuum, weighing 5.6 pounds with a 0.14-gallon dust bin that empties with a single upward pull. Its motor spins up to 110,000 RPM, producing up to 115 air watts in boost mode, with whole-machine filtration designed to keep fine dust inside the bin. Dyson rates it for up to 40 minutes of runtime with non-motorized attachments, or roughly 25 minutes with the motorized cleaner head.
It suits apartments, smaller homes and multi-story houses where carrying an upright up the stairs is a chore. Large houses with thick carpeting throughout will find the bin small and will run through the charge before finishing.
Worth knowing The power trigger must be held down continuously while cleaning. Recharging an empty battery takes about five hours on the included wall dock.

Waterpik Cordless Gem 5100 Portable Water Flosser, Rechargeable, White
A compact handheld water flosser with two pressure settings and a rotating tip, for travelers and bathrooms with limited counter space.
$49.99Shop on AmazonPrice as ofThe Cordless Gem 5100 is Waterpik's quiet portable flosser. It runs on an internal rechargeable battery that lasts several weeks between charges, refilling over an included USB cable. The handle is fully waterproof for use in the shower, and the flossing tip rotates 360 degrees to reach back teeth. A travel lock keeps it from turning on accidentally inside a toiletry kit.

Victoria Cast Iron Tortilla Press, Roti Maker and Tortilladora, Pataconera Seasoned with Flaxseed Oil, Made in Colombia, Traditional Style, Black, 8-Inch
A heavy Colombian cast-iron press seasoned with flaxseed oil, for flattening homemade corn tortillas, patacones and flatbreads.
$29.84Shop on AmazonPrice as ofVictoria has manufactured cast iron in Medellin, Colombia since 1939. This 8-inch press weighs around eight pounds, using its own mass and an elongated lever handle to press balls of corn masa into uniform flat rounds without heavy arm effort. The plates arrive pre-seasoned with non-GMO flaxseed oil. Beyond corn tortillas, it handles dough for patacones (tostones), arepas, rotis and empanadas.
It suits home cooks making tacos or flatbreads from scratch who want quicker results than rolling each piece by hand. It is engineered for corn masa; wheat flour dough has gluten elasticity that springs back, requiring a rolling pin instead.
Worth knowing Dough will stick to bare cast iron, so you must line the plates with parchment paper or plastic film when pressing. It must be hand washed and dried immediately to avoid rust.
