One of our picks for Tuesday, October 13, 2026. We haven't tested it. How we pick
The ViewFinity S6 (S61F) is a 27-inch IPS monitor at 2560 x 1440, which gives more room for windows and sharper text than a 1080p screen of the same size. It refreshes at up to 100Hz, so scrolling and cursor movement look smoother than on a 60Hz office panel. The stand adjusts for height, tilt and swivel and pivots to portrait, and there is a 100 x 100 VESA pattern for a monitor arm.
Inputs are two HDMI and one DisplayPort, plus a headphone jack. It suits spreadsheets, documents, coding and casual gaming. Typical brightness is 300 nits, fine indoors but modest for a sunlit room.
Worth knowing No USB-C, no USB hub and no speakers, and Samsung lists no FreeSync or G-Sync support, so it is not a gaming monitor. It may arrive set to 60Hz; switch to 100Hz in the display settings.
