This is the 9000, the top model in Philips Norelco's Head Shaver Pro line, built for shaving the scalp rather than the face. The head turns a full 360 degrees to follow the curve of the head, and it carries 36 ComfortCut blades that cut each hair just above skin level. Philips also lists a PowerAdapt sensor.

It suits anyone who shaves their head every few days and is tired of razors and missed patches at the back. The 5000 and 7000 below it use the same head design; Philips sells the 9000 as the premium version with a deluxe accessory set, so if you only need the shaver itself, the lower models do the same core job.
