The FreeSip Twist is the slimmer member of Owala's FreeSip family. The spout is the same as on the regular FreeSip: a built-in straw for sipping upright, plus a wider opening for tilting back and drinking. What changes is the shape and the cover, a twist-top lid that Owala describes as leakproof. The bottle is insulated stainless steel, which Owala says keeps drinks cold for up to 24 hours, with a hinged carry loop that folds away.
It suits a gym bag, a backpack side pocket or a desk. Owala says it fits most cup holders and publishes the measurements: the 24-ounce size is about 30 cm tall and 7.4 cm across.
Worth knowing Owala recommends washing the bottle and lid by hand; only the small parts (spout, gaskets, straw) go in the dishwasher. It also warns against drinking hot liquids through the straw.
